This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial senior executive to build an innovative, pioneering business that aims to transform capital markets trading in the European financial marketplace.  The company has substantial financial backing and has aggressive growth plans.

Candidates should have at least 10 years experience in working within the European equity markets. They should also have extensive experience of electronic markets and a network of contacts with both the buy-side and sell-side across Europe. Experience is likely to have been gained working for a large investment bank or another leading provider of electronic trading services. The ability to demonstrate a record of building a profitable business line and achieving goals is essential.

The remuneration package is to be negotiated but will be substantial and will offer equity participation.
