We seek a reporter who will cover daily Italian stock moves, including equity stocks to watch, market movers, summaries of brokers' views and general reporting on economic issues affecting Italian equity markets.

You will have a good understanding of economic trends, cycles and their impact on equity valuations. You will also be able to quickly build a strong network of contacts (investor relations, traders, strategists, media etc.) Your verbal and written skills will be excellent. You will be fluent in English and Italian.

Growth OTC Derivatives Technology Spending

Tower Group predicts that spending by institutional brokers on derivatives trading technology applications will rise by a compound annual growth rate of 9.5% over the next five years, from USD915 million to USD1.3 billion.

The report states that there is currently no single system in the OTC derivatives trading space that provides enough structure and processing capabilities to be called a single solution for a broker dealer.
